Once a year, we step away from the calls, the pitches, and the dashboards. Not as investors and founders — but as co-founders in the same journey.

Founders Weekend is that pause. A few days to breathe, to connect, and to remember why we started building in the first place.

Because no one understands the highs and lows of building better than the people living them — the 3 AM problem-solvers, the “one more pivot” believers, the ones who know that progress rarely feels like progress when you’re in it.

Being in the same room — or around a fire, or arguing about a tennis serve — with people who get it makes the next 362 days feel a little lighter.

On Stage: Lessons from Those Who’ve Been There

The weekend opened with stories and frameworks that spanned every stage of building — from the early chaos of Google Maps to the craft of positioning, from longevity and resilience to AI, product strategy, and scaling into new markets.

Each session was a reminder that building something that lasts means learning, unlearning, and then doing it all again — together.

Off Stage: Where the Real Conversations Happen

Between sessions, the tone shifted from theory to honesty.

🥁 A drum circle that turned a group of individuals into one rhythm.

💭 P2P sessions where founders spoke about what’s hard and what’s working.

🔥 A night by the fire with honest talks, shared stories, and plenty of laughter.

🎤 A night of karaoke where everyone sang, danced, and didn’t care who was off-key — just happy to be together.

Those moments said more about who we are than any presentation ever could.

Competition, Camaraderie, and Everything In Between

Some found their rhythm on the tennis court, others on bikes or in the pool. A few, quite literally, took to the skies — flying planes for a higher view.

Founders being founders, competition came naturally. But so did cheering each other on.
By Sunday, the scoreboard mattered less than the shared sense of energy — a collective reset before returning to the chaos of startup life.

What It Means to Be #Oneof11

Founders Weekend reminded us that building great companies isn’t a solo sport.
It takes a community that shows up for each other — not just with capital, but with care, curiosity, and conviction.

That’s what it means to be #OneOf11.
