Eleven Capital is a publicly listed, evergreen permanent capital holding company managing a portfolio of high-growth technology companies in Central and Eastern Europe. Listed on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, it provides investors with liquid, public access to the venture capital asset class.
Our first fund – Fund I – was where it all began. A portfolio of early bets on the “local heroes” building across Southeast Europe.
In 2020, that portfolio took a new path. It became Eleven Capital – a publicly listed company on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, giving public investors access to that original portfolio of fast-growing tech companies. It’s the first vehicle in the region to bridge venture capital and public markets and allow the broader public to be part of the tech story.
Today, that structure reflects how we work:
- Eleven Ventures is our private VC fund – actively investing in early-stage startups and supporting them as they grow.
- Eleven Capital is a separate public company – giving investors access to a portfolio of tech companies from Fund I through the stock market.
We share the same roots, but serve different needs.
One backs startups from the ground up. The other opens up that journey to the public.
Eleven Capital’s portfolio includes some of the most recognized names from our first fund – companies that have grown far beyond the early stage and continue to lead in their categories.
