Eleven invests in SuperOkay, a UK-based startup with Romanian founders

When was the last time you hired a software development, design or digital agency to work on your product, marketing, or design assets? Was the whole process clear, seamless, troubleless and transparent? Were you completely satisfied?
Chances are your answer is no, or at least that’s the case with many companies using such services. For agency clients software development, design or digital transformation processes are a black box and they feel they are always overcharged and not in control of the process.
Here comes SuperOkay to the rescue, the newest addition to the #OneOf11 family.
SuperOkay is a smart contract and client management tool
that enables digital agencies, software studios and freelancers to better manage their sales, workflow and scope changes, so as to increase clarity, profits, and stay on the same page with their clients.
Imagine SyperOkay as a layer between the client and the agency, which makes the collaboration process more transparent in terms of managing briefs, specifications, milestones, estimates, change requests, budget and much more.
The product was created out of a necessity as a result of 7-year experience as a software agency by the founders Maria and Radu. Running a boutique product shop, designing and building innovative digital products for startups often run by non-technical founders they have faced these precise agency challenges themselves.
On the investment Vassil Terziev, Managing Partner at Eleven, comments: “We are very excited to welcome Maria, Radu and the rest of the SuperOkay team to the Eleven family. It’s always a pleasure to collaborate with founders that have worked together for many years, understand the domain and have big ambitions. Our whole team is looking forward to supporting SuperOkay in their growth journey.”
Vassil continues: “This is our first investment in a Romanian team in a number of years and we are excited to back a new wave of aspiring founders from Romania building disruptive ventures.”
Maria Constantinescu, Co-founder of SuperOkay shares with us how the partnership with Eleven will support the companies’ growth: “Eleven is a hands-on value investor that is keenly familiar with both our market, as well as early stage dynamics. They’ve run a deep, product focused due diligence process, introducing us to valuable target customers. They also have an ace team in place that brings deep and diverse experience in the SaaS/ Future of Work space to help prompt key insights and accelerate our growth. We feel so lucky to have such a supportive like-minded investor.”
The investment round is joined by RocaX VC from Romania and several UK-based business angels.
